1. Acceptance of Terms

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

7. Prohibited Conduct

8. Account Suspension & Closure by 88fd

- The account holder is not who they claim to be, or the account was registered using false information
- Continued operation of the account poses a risk to 88fd, other players or the integrity of the platform
- A chargeback has been filed against a deposit made to the account
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 88fd will make every effort to communicate the reason for suspension and expected resolution timeline. Where funds are held during an investigation and the player is ultimately cleared, the full balance will be returned and the account reinstated or closed as per the player's preference.
8.1 Chargebacks
Filing a fraudulent chargeback against a deposit made to 88fd is considered theft and will be prosecuted accordingly.
